Key Construction is currently building a new oil change facility from the ground up for Take 5 in Westland, Michigan. The project is progressing efficiently, with all site work and underground utilities already completed. Key Construction has also finalized the installation of concrete pavement, as well as the electrical and mechanical systems that form the backbone of the facility's operations.

Additionally, the placement of the pre-modular building is well underway, marking a significant milestone in the project. This ground-up construction showcases Key Construction’s expertise in delivering full-service projects from site preparation to facility completion, ensuring the new oil change facility is built to the highest standards.
