Key Construction successfully completed a comprehensive gut renovation of an existing oil change facility. The project encompassed the installation of entirely new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring the facility met current operational standards and efficiency. The renovation also included the construction of new oil pits and the installation of overhead doors to facilitate smooth workflow within the service areas.

In addition to the interior work, Key Construction revitalized the exterior with new asphalt and concrete pavement, improving accessibility and durability. The site was further enhanced by new landscaping and an irrigation system to maintain the facility’s aesthetic appeal. Finally, a face refresh was carried out, including a fresh coat of paint, giving the facility a modernized and polished appearance.
